After 25 years of serving Chaffee, Lake and Park counties, Ray "Gutter" Oertwig has climbed his last tall ladder and is retiring to Florida. I'm Ed Norton, a former installer for Ray several years ago, I've been installing gutter, downspouts, Heat Tape and snow bars in Summit county with the Scott Depies crew.
