Remember when was a thing? We thought it was time to bring it back.

Over the past five years, we've been fortunate to work on projects that have helped strengthen communities across the Mountain West. We still think those stories are worth celebrating. So, without further ado...

to that one time we partnered with the Craig Housing Authority to deliver 20 townhomes in Craig, Colorado.

It was the first housing project of its kind in Craig in more than 40 years. The development expanded homeownership opportunities while preserving long-term affordability for local working families.

Each home features all-electric appliances, fenced backyards, covered front patios, and two covered parking spaces with EV charging capabilities.

Last week, our Chief Business Development Officer, Eric Schaefer, testified before the U.S. House Committee on Small Business — and it’s a moment worth celebrating.

Chairman Roger Williams said it himself: “It’s a big deal to be here.” We couldn’t agree more — and we’re grateful to have been part of the conversation.
 
America is facing a deficit of millions of entry-level and affordable homes. Small builders are showing up anyway. And modular construction is proving to be one of the most powerful answers we have.
 
The American dream deserves a real solution, and we’re building it.
