A new chapter is underway at M7 Lofts!

PREMIER officially kicked off demolition alongside Saber-Hightower and Granoff Real Estate, marking a major milestone in the conversion of two corporate office buildings into an upscale residential community with over 55,000 SF of amenities.

With more than 950 market-rate and affordable housing units slated for delivery across Connecticut over the next two years, PREMIER is helping shape the state’s residential landscape. A milestone years in the making! PREMIER was joined by Mark IV to celebrate the completion of the Victory Logistics District’s industrial rail spur with a Silver Spike Ceremony.

The new rail infrastructure includes more than one mile of Union Pacific track built to Class I standards and connects the 4,300-acre development directly to the transcontinental main line. With three run-around tracks serving 100 acres of rail-ready industrial land, Victory Logistics District is positioned to provide manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers with direct access to national rail and highway networks.
