People who refuse to quit get to experience a level of dopamine most never feel.
Imagine getting something wrong, over and over again.
Imagine after a few hours of disappointment, denial kicks in: "This can’t be this hard."
Imagine after a day of frustration, anger takes over: "Why won’t this just work?"
Imagine after three days of aggravation, depression sets in: "There's gotta be something wrong"
Imagine on the fifth day, you woefully buried the memory, accepting defeat.
Now, imagine feeling all those stages of grief but refusing to accept the lose of your invested efforts and pushing on.
Imagine, on the sixth day everything you learned starts melding together and it starts making sense.
Ain't no David Goggins but that rush of winning is real 🥹
