P S A

Public service announcement,

I know there is a customer going around making posts about my business so I just wanted to make sure it was addressed properly to the public as they deserve answers and an explanation,

Any and all DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS,

When you put a deposit down on a tattoo and cancel the appointment do you receive your deposit back?

The answer is NO

When you put down a deposit on a roof, the company buys supplies for your project, then you cancel the job, do you receive your deposit back?

The answer is NO

When you put a deposit down on a car and back out on the purchase, do you receive your deposit back?

The answer is NO

Deposits are taken for this exact reason,

So when someone decides to cancel a job and waste my time for the simple reason of being impatient,

I’m not SOL…

My time isn’t free and tying up my schedule isn’t free either,

I could have taken up more work and had the schedule filled had the guy not decided to cancel a few days before

We had a clear agreement the job was to be done before Halloween…

It’s honestly sad that people can’t understand that and it needs to be explained and people are acting like I’m the bad guy when i legitimately did nothing wrong lol

Now are there certain situations that may change that?

Yes,

For instance,

If you booked with me, got into a car accident and are now out of work and can no longer afford the services you booked,

Then yes I would give your deposit back UNLESS materials were purchased!

If you lost your job and could no longer afford the services,

Then yes I would give your deposit back again UNLESS materials were purchased!

There are a few other situations a customer could get a deposit back as well but a cancellation most definitely isn’t one of them,

I have a very good reputation and we do phenomenal work,

Now that that’s out of the way,

If anyone needs any work done let me know!!

Owning a business will test you in ways a 9–5 never could.

Some weeks you’ll feel unstoppable.
Some weeks you’ll wonder why you ever started.

KEEP GOING. 💯

The slow days build patience.
The hard days build character.
The long days build the business.

One day, you’ll look back and realize the days you wanted to quit were the exact days that built you. 💚
