We don’t know whether this issue will ever affect Minnesota, but it has been a concern for Community Lawn Care for many years. When we made the decision to use only our season-long fertilizer product, protecting our environment was our top priority. We live and work in this community, and we are committed to helping keep our lakes and rivers clean for future generations.

A seasonal fertilizer ban is now in effect across Lee County as officials work to protect local waterways from pollution during Southwest Florida’s rainy season.

Aeration and an application of fungicide done today we will see how it reacts in 5 weeks

Got called out to a lawn today this lawn has been being treated by another company that doesn’t know much about fungus or treat for it, was just doing the normal fertilizer application’s. Which is one reason why this has spread to just shy of an acre of necrotic ring spot. I will be taking over starting Thursday starting with adjusting how they water the lawn following with an aeration and a fungicide treatment which unfortunately we have to do every 5 weeks until fall in which we will do another aeration and overseed with a grass seed resistance to the fungus. Watch for pictures of the progress, excited to change this lawn around for the homeowner
