The Whitehall Building, a 20-story Renaissance Revival structure built in 1904, underwent a major restoration beginning in 2018 due to significant decay of its original limestone and terra cotta details. Over 30 custom Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) pieces were created to replace the lost ornamentation, based on historic photos and site measurements. The restoration covered 500 sqft of the building's pediment, blending new materials with the original design to preserve the building's architectural integrity.
