Landscape for Less is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team.
We are currently hiring experienced Landscape/Hardscape Technicians for full-time positions throughout Western New York. This role includes a mix of landscape installation, hardscape construction, seasonal property maintenance, site preparation, and snow removal services for both residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities may include:
• Patio and retaining wall installation
• Drainage systems and site prep
• Sod installation and planting beds
• Seasonal cleanups and maintenance
• Snow removal operations
• General landscaping and hardscaping projects
We’re looking for individuals who:
• Have experience working in physically demanding outdoor environments
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Take pride in quality workmanship and reliability
• Want to grow their career in the landscaping industry
Pay: $22–$30/hour
Additional production bonuses available based on performance
Schedule:
Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling
