R.E. McNamara is inviting subcontractors and vendors to bid on Phase I of the upcoming Diamond Lofts Apartments in Buffalo, NY.

Phase I consists of the adaptive reuse of a 52,000 SF historic building into 49 apartment units and is part of an active NYS Brownfield Cleanup redevelopment. Construction is anticipated to start Q2 2026.
