Oak flooring sanded and stained, sealer and poly will be gong down shortly. Honestly the new planetary sander is producing floors that are just stunningly flat. This floor is only about 20 yrs old , older floors have much tighter grain patterns. Regardless this job came out stellar as usual.

Track saw and straight lines to fix a janky repair. Client wanted laid horizontal, clients get what they want. 5/16 quarter and rift white oak , golden oak stain and 3 coats of Poloplaz Primero-satin sheen( once dry).
