Here my client had a leak in his roof which I repaired with some shingles. Then tore the water damaged drywall in his ceiling and replaced. Mud sanded and painted. Good as new. Also installed new sink with disposal and new dishwasher

This roof was originally a modified roof. It was in good shape still so we decided to lay over the modified with our insulation board and epdm rubber. It had a chimney that i wrapped in a single piece of rubber and connected to the field with 3 inch seam tape. Then the top i terminated with turn bar and 4500 geo caulk. Wrapped my corners with 9 inch flashing tape and corner patches. The edge of the roof was covered with cap shingles i cut out of 3 in 1s.

Large penetrations on an epdm roof. I brought the rubber right up to the base of the stack. Then i wrapped the pipe in 5 inch flashing tape connecting and sealing the field to the stack. Then wrapped over the 5 with 9 inch flashing tape. Which is firestone specs for a 20 year warranty.

Here i tore off the existing rubber on the side of this unit. Added rmf strip in the crotch. Lifted the unit to slide a piece of epdm over the units base. Then glued down the sides and seam taped them to the field. Added pitch pans to the penetrations and wrapped the corners and the pipes with 5 and 9 inch flashing tape.

Layed in 50ft + sheets in 30 mile an hour winds on this epdm layover. Fun. Reused existing cap metal

This wall was 40 feet and glued up as one piece. I tore off the existing rubber and edge metal. Then tied in the corner under the shingles

Rmf strip at the base of the wall prevents the rubber from pulling away from the crotch when it shrinks in the cold and expands in the heat. Here im gluing the rubber to the wall and wrapping the corner with a field patch and 9 inch flashing tape. Then i add the counter flashing metal behind the unit and over the rubber.

The glue down system is done with 4×4 sheets only. This one has 5 layers. It takes longer than a screw down system, but is greater for your Rvalue.

Cuting in a unit with a hundred different penetrations While crawling on ur stomach under a one foot gap not once or twice but 5 times. Dens-deck then two layers of insulation then white board then rubber. Gotta love it
