Construction on the new Paula's Donuts building in Larkinville and it's little brother to the West is underway and coming along well.

Unfortunately, due to the Governor's work stoppage, you might have to wait a little longer to satisfy your cravings.

We completed the project in association with our collaborative partners at Schneider Architectural Services.

Despite the quarantine in NYS, I've been able to work on Facade Improvement design for these two buildings on Main Street near the UB South Campus. we are assisting the owners in applying for New York Main Street Grants through the University District Community Development Association.
