Well... we did it!!
Today Garrett Engineering officially moved into our new office at:
1011 West Main Street Buffalo, MO 65622

Just a little over two years ago, Garrett Engineering was an idea, a leap of faith, and a lot of hard work. Today, we're standing in front of a building of our own, and it's hard not to take a moment to appreciate how far we've come.
We're incredibly thankful for our clients, friends, family, and community who have supported us along the way. Every project, recommendation, phone call, and opportunity has helped us get here.
A huge thank you to our team for all their hard work getting us moved and settled in. We have the best group of people around!!!

Garrett Engineering, is hiring a CAD Technician in Buffalo, Missouri.

We are a civil engineering and land surveying firm serving municipalities, developers, and private clients across Missouri.
Position Details:
• Full-time, in-person
• Health insurance and paid time off

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow. Civil 3D experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong technical aptitude and work ethic.

You’ll work alongside licensed engineers and surveyors on projects involving:
• Site development
• Water and stormwater systems
• Transportation projects
• Survey coordination and mapping

We would like to officially welcome Jade Pavia to our Survey Department at Garrett Engineering!

Jade has always had a passion for geography and maps—even before he began surveying, he was out geocaching as a hobby. Now, with over 5 years of field experience, he brings that same treasure-hunting spirit to boundary surveying. As he puts it, “Surveying feels a lot like geocaching—only now I get to do it for a living!”

Jade was drawn to Garrett Engineering because we're a young, growing company where he can help shape the future of our survey department. He’s a strong believer in supporting small local businesses and saw joining GE as the perfect way to put that belief into action.

He's especially excited about working on projects in his hometown of Springfield, particularly those that focus on “missing middle” housing—the much-needed townhomes, duplexes, and cottage courts that help create more vibrant, diverse neighborhoods.
