These Syracuse homeowners served together in the U.S. Navy before transitioning back to civilian life. Despite now being in their 80s, both are still incredibly active. They wanted to convert an older Bath Fitter installation into a more luxury walk-in shower. These city of Buffalo, NY homeowners reached out to Buffalo Bath Pros after receiving quotes from several local “one-day” bath companies. Unlike some competitors, we never promise a one-day installation. In our experience, rushed jobs lead to sloppy work.

In Geneva, NY, we ran into some trouble with misaligned expectations. The homeowners had originally planned a two-week, two-bathroom remodel, yet they scheduled a three-day vacation mid-project. They expected us to stop for three days, start up again on Tuesday, and complete both bathrooms by Friday.
