This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Irrigation Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems
Customer Service: Respond to client needs with professionalism and accuracy
Equipment Operation: Safely operate service vehicles, tools, and trailers
Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings and contribute to service improvements
Facility Upkeep: Assist with maintenance of tools, vehicles, and company property
Seasonal Work: Support snow and ice management efforts as needed
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with compressors and winterizing systems
By
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform physical labor (lift 50 lbs independently, 80 lbs with assistance)
Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments
Certification as an Irrigation Technician (or ability to obtain within one year)
Knowledge of 2-wire decoder systems (preferred)

Strong communication and time management skills
Consistent, professional, and dependable work ethic.
