Hello
Please its now time to turn on your outside water source so the boys can fill up there packs when they arrive. This also means dragging out your goses as well, of your hose connection is low to the ground.
We will start spraying full time soon.
Right now we are handling all the early ant calls, if you are having an issue please call the office asap.

Good Morning,

As we are all enjoying the nice weather, please be aware of a few things.
First of all, the ants will start to wake up soon, which is never a good thing this early.

Everything else will also start to wake up. Moles, Voles, Wasps, Bees and those DAM ants. Please call right away so we can get you on the schedule asap.

WE will start this year short staffed as normal these days, I will be working as long as my body will allow. I am getting old now.

PRICING SO FAR WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED FOR NOW.

Sorry about not posting for awhile, but we have been very busy. (Including me)
So as the season is progressing Yellow Jackets are on the rise. Please remember we will treat them at no charge on or within 10ft
of the house. Outside of that we will charge you a trip charge. We just cant cover everything sorry.

As always thank you very much for sticking with us during these difficult years of not having enough help.

Well it appears as the monsoons have passed,we can get down to some serious work. Spraying is in full swing. We are knocking out as many as we can per day. If the weather stays good we can knock out as many as possible. Let all keep our fingers crossed for good weather.

Good day to all,
As we are nearing the start to this season, I have some bad news. WE are going to have to start the season at least 2 guys short so service will be slower then normal.
The best way to guarantee that your service is completed in a timely fashion, I would suggest for you to pay for your services up front as soon as possible.

As the New Year starts, we will be looking for 2 new employees. Must have a valid NYS drive license, have your own vehicle, be able to lift and ware a 50lbs backpack, be able to walk with the pack on. Your work schedule will be from mid to late April until the end of Sept. Customer service skills and the ability to communicate is a must.

OK as the calendar has already flipped to our 21st year in business, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to our customers. Without you there would be nothing here.

Most of you already know that we had a very difficult year getting all of the customers serviced in a timely fashion, and if we can just find 2 people who would like to work, drive, and work on your own, make almost as much money as you could want, be pleasant and customer friendly, we would be in good shape.

All of the staff that finished last year will be returning as of this point in time, again I am still looking for 2 more people, hopefully we will find them in time for the season.

All right now we at full staff again this year. Let's hope everything works out for the rest of the summer. Our 2 new additions are Don and Rob, they will be working the northern towns of our area. Both have a good amount of experience and training. They are also bringing us a new option for winter services, besides our normal residential rodent services. we are now offering a preventative service to help guard against over wintering insects. It is a dusting up and around your siding, under the last course and into the seams, the charge for this is your same spray pricing and will be done on an every other month basis. if you are interested in this service or the rodent service please call the office, and let Doni know.

Other than that, we are still a little behind and will finish up July services into the first few days of August. July should be complete as of Friday August 2nd.
We will also be out to Sunset Island on Aug. 3rd to get their service done for August. More group days will follow with W. Rivershore Dr. on August 10th. August 12 we will be heading to Sunset Beach with rain days of the 13th and 14th.

Good Morning
I have really never had to post anything like this before so here we go.
We are behind WAY BEHIND I am extremely sorry to the customers we have not gotten to yet. So for those people who got treated in later in June if you would like we will move your next service to August for this year. Then move you back to May for 2025.
I always knew it would be tough to replace a veteran man like Barry and keep the same schedule, but the new guy Doug is doing his best to keep up ot is a monumental task.
It may not have been as bad but to lose John also has really forced me to go back to work full time and then some. With no clear help on the horizon I hope everybody will stay as patience as you can.
The people that are in the affected areas are basically all of the northern areas from Buffalo north to Lake Ontario.
I am extremely sorry and we will be doing our best to get to you as soon as we can.

Good Morning due to circumstances beyond my control John has left the company. We are down one tech again.
we have about 130 stops to make up from John's route, mostly Wheatfield and Grand Island areas. We will be there as soon as we can. Please be patient.
I have been forced out of semi-retirement to go back to work. Some of you have not seen my in awhile, so it my be shocking to see me out working (LOL). We will most likely be into the first week of June to get everybody done from May.
Sorry for any inconvenience. I will be sending out others on my staff to help cover so please be patient with them.
