Looking for a well rounded, hard working and dependent excavator operator and laborer for drilling crew.

Responsibilities:

•All phases of underground construction include but are not limited to: Loading, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment
•Hand dig using shovel, mechanical tools
•Install and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling
•Operate and work around heavy equipment and machinery
•Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman/Supervisor
·Assist crew in daily tasks
·Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service and efficiency in daily operations.
·Listens and communicates effectively with foreman and peers
·Loading materials and equipment to various job site locations.
·Assisting in job site setup.
·Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications:

•Basic knowledge of and ability to operate excavator equipment
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
•Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position
•Must have driver’s license and vehicle to get to and from work

Fierle Underground is expanding and looking to make additions to our team. We are looking to hire a dependable excavator operator and horizontal directional drilling laborer. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work on our team. Starting pay will be discussed based on experience. Will be trained to become a Horizontal Directional Drill operator.

Fierle Underground is looking to hire a dependable construction laborer/operator immediately.

Work to include any or all of the following:

Exterior Utility Construction (water, sewer, drainage)

Site construction

Operate construction equipment

Load and unload materials

Locate underground wires and pipes

Perform operational and preventative maintenance on equipment



Requirements:

Must have basic knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used onsite

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Able to lift at least 50 lbs

Ability to work in groups

Work at a steady pace for extended periods

Effectively communicate with coworkers

Task oriented
