My bathroom faucet just gave out and started a drip that turned into a constant stream of water within hours. I discovered that my shut off valve was frozen shut, and I just needed someone to come out and turn it off until I could resolve the problem. Living in a condo, I cannot just turn off the water to the whole building to fix things in an instant. It is Saturday evening, and every place that I called that claimed they had 24/7 service told me they could be out in five to seven days and were going to charge me a huge price just to come and look at it. After seven calls, I was at the end of my rope. I called Rooter Man, and there was someone at my door in about half an hour for half the price everyone else was quoting me! The young man who came fixed the problem as best he could (the valves are old and stripped, but he stopped the leak) and told me that the valves would need to be replaced. He gave me a reasonable quote for replacing the valves, but more than that he was extremely pleasant. I could not believe how polite he was. I simply have not had service like that in years. Rooter Man sticks by all of the claims that are made on its website. Excellent customer service, true 24/7 service, and reasonable prices. I will never call anyone else but them in the future!
