Busy Week in Waverly, Iowa

-Loadout Revamp-

-(14) New LCDM Corporation Pneumatic Gates and Vi*****rs with (4). Collection Hoppers

-New Compressor Room with new Compressor/Dryer, PLC and camera system. Teaming up with TJ Electric and Controls LLC

-New Service Mezzanine

-(2) New Schlagel EDI Distributors.

This will make efficient ingredient receiving and finished feed Loadout.

Bin #2 is on its way up in Ga***rd MN,

This was a site remodel, including demoing of old bins and foundations. Installation of new Foundations and Bins all while continuing to provide whole corn to the Feed Mill uninterrupted.

Some tight working conditions but the Team is making it happen!

Last week we flipped over the 3 month Milestone for working at the Faulkton Feedmill for Agtegra. Today we got some heavy lifting on the project completed by setting the (3) large frames to the main ingredient support structure. Glad we were able to beat the wind before it picked up again tomorrow. Proper planning and design makes project flow smoothly and allows you beat the weather and elements on site

Feedmill was able to get a bunch of Backfill and Soil Corrections done this week. Closing up the deep excavation and all of sudden we have a bunch of extra room for activities!!!
