Sometime overnight, a small radiator vent gave out. By morning, water had been slowly soaking into a hardwood floor for hours!!

We got there, pulled the blown vent, stopped the leak, and saved as much of that hardwood floor as we could.

Customer called us because their sump pump failed inside an elevator shaft and the whole thing flooded! We pumped it out, replaced the pump and control box with a Liberty Pumps OilTector system, which is approved for elevator pit use. Not the most glamorous job but exactly the kind of problem we solve every day.
