We just completed a project for another returning customer! We installed electrical conduit with a stub up for a cabin. A sewer line with 3 hookups, water line with a yard hydrant and 2 services. Concrete piers for a cabin to sit on. And 3 drainage elements to keep this camp ground dry. All of these utilities were all installed to the local code. This is a small project we did a couple weeks ago. No before pictures but this was a unless space that was poorly graded and wasn't serving any purpose, but only a eyesore. We came in regraded the area and added a landing pad, concrete sidewalk, river stone and some plants of the customers choice. Once we completed the project the customers built there own staircase. We finished a grand entrance project for wonderful customers!
This project included a paver walkway, stairs, over 140ft of retaining wall and a walking platform that will connect to what will soon be a driveway.

Pay
$14 – $22 per hour depending on experience
Weekly Overtime opportunities available

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do
• take care of commercial properties around Hamblen & Jefferson counties
• Mowing, w**d eating, trimming ornamental trees and shrubbery
• use hand tools such as shovels rakes and wheel barrows
• being a helper on hardscape projects.
• Working with a small professional crew on high-end residential & commercial projects

Requirements
• mowing w**d eating experience of at least 2 years.
• at least 2 years experience in trimming shrubbery
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Hardscape or masonry experience
• Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator)

This wooden wall was failing and allowing our customers concrete driveway to sink and Crack we were able to come in just in time and resupport the driveway with over 400sqft of retaining wall! This walls backed with over 60 tons of 57 stone over 150 feet of drainage and a ton of geogrid to ensure this wall lasts a life time!
