We have been fortunate enough to have many employees that have been with us for 15-20 years. This allows us to self-perform many scopes of work such as concrete, site work, and utility installation to name a few. By doing this ourselves we have total control of that discipline and know that the work has been done per the contract documents avoiding re-work.
