As extreme temperatures and heat domes become more common, the health and safety of our team is our top priority—especially those working outdoors.

We are committed to following OSHA’s heat safety guidelines to protect our staff from heat-related illness. That means:

✅ Ensuring workers stay hydrated throughout the day
✅ Providing frequent breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas
✅ Adjusting schedules when possible to avoid peak heat
✅ Training our team to recognize and respond to signs of heat stress
✅ Monitoring weather conditions and heat advisories closely

We believe safety starts with prevention—and we take that seriously.
