What started as a partial vent replacement turned into a full roof approval! After a detailed reinspect and a few calls with State Farm, we got the entire roof covered and completed the job by 2:00 in just one day!

It is always a good feeling tearing off a roof and seeing everything was done right the first time — synthetic felt, ice & water shield, starter, all in place. No surprise, though as we installed this one 12 years ago.

Old roof has been torn off and the new one is on its way right now! This homeowner’s insurance company didn’t pay for an impact resistant roof but we upgraded her to a Class IV IR roof at no additional cost! Shingles today, metal tomorrow, then gutters, stain and new chimney siding after that.
