Another amazing before & after completed by Maverick Lawn & Landscaping. We started by prepping both sides of the home by removing the existing grass and top layer of soil to create a clean foundation for the new design. On the left side, we installed a custom paver walkway leading to the gate, while the right side received a decorative rock bed to improve drainage and reduce future maintenance.

In the front yard, we completely renovated the existing flower bed by tearing everything out and creating a brand new landscape design for the customer. We installed new plants, fresh black mulch, and built a new flower bed around the tree. We also added a decorative rock bed flowing off of the tree bed to help with drainage, cover exposed roots, and give the front yard a clean custom look.

Another clean transformation completed by Maverick Lawn & Landscaping!

For this project, we started by clearing and prepping the entire area — removing large rock, boulders, and debris to give us a clean foundation to work from. Once the area was cleaned up, we brought in approximately 20 yards of screened topsoil to properly level and grade the property in preparation for hydroseeding.

To help with drainage and erosion control, we installed a custom drainage system using 2–4” decorative rock. We also installed a commercial-grade w**d barrier fabric underneath the rock to help prevent future w**d growth and reduce movement over time.

Another landscape transformation completed by Maverick Lawn & Landscaping!

For this project, we removed all of the existing shrubs that were struggling due to poor prep work and heavy clay soil conditions. Proper preparation is one of the most important parts of any landscape installation, and unfortunately the original plants never had the right foundation to thrive.

We came back in and installed all new shrubs with the proper prep process, including quality topsoil beneath every plant to improve drainage, root development, and long-term growth in our North Texas clay ground. We also installed a fresh layer of black mulch to help retain moisture, regulate soil temperatures, and give the flower beds a clean finished look.

A healthy landscape starts below the surface. Proper soil prep makes all the difference when it comes to keeping plants healthy and thriving for years to come.

We started this project with a full cleanout of the existing bed, removing all w**ds and debris to create a fresh foundation. From there, we installed new metal edging for a clean, defined border and finished it off with beautiful New Mexico rock for a low-maintenance, long-lasting look.

We started this project by removing all of the old sod that had been previously installed. After getting everything cleared out, we focused on doing it the right way—bringing in quality topsoil to properly prep and grade the area for a solid foundation.

Once the prep work was complete, we installed 5 pallets of fresh sod to give this lawn a clean, healthy start. Proper prep makes all the difference when it comes to long-term growth, and this one is set up to thrive.

Another clean transformation in the books 🔥

We gave this property a full flower bed makeover front and back. In the front, we trimmed and reshaped all the shrubs, removed the old mulch, installed commercial-grade w**d barrier, and finished it off with black decorative rock for a sharp, modern look. We also added some fresh color to the beds to really make everything pop and stand out from the street.

Out back, we built a brand new flower bed around the existing shrubs using metal edging to define the space. We installed w**d fabric, added fresh mulch, and applied a mulch glue to help prevent washout and keep everything looking clean long-term.
