**Job Description:**
Jasco Construction LLC is seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects of varying scales. As a Project Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful ex*****on of our projects, meeting timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Resolve any project-related issues and provide innovative solutions to challenges that may arise during construction.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used.
- Collaborate with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage on-site personnel and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
