Blue Rock was proud to deliver this new 357,840-square-foot warehouse for the Hanover Company off Savage Road in Northampton Township, PA. The completed facility features 51 dock positions, two drive-in doors, and a 3,000-square-foot office fit-out. For more than 20 years, Blue Rock has been proud to partner with Urban Outfitters in transforming the Philadelphia Navy Yard into one of the region's most unique corporate campuses. That partnership recently reached another milestone with the completion of Building 16, a 123,000-square-foot adaptive-reuse project that transformed a historic industrial building into a state-of-the-art photo studio, creative production space, and much more. Last week, members of our team volunteered at the Berwick Area United Way’s “Day of Caring 2026” at the Berwick Area YMCA , helping with landscaping, mulching, and site improvements alongside hundreds of volunteers from across the community. A great day of teamwork, service, and community impact.
