🚨 WINTER STORM UPDATE: AJN Landscape & Snow LLC 🚨

Hey Burlington! As we gear up for the incoming storm tonight into tomorrow (Feb 23), we want to keep all our neighbors and customers in the loop on our game plan. ❄️🚜

Based on current models, we are planning our logistics and scheduling around an expected 14" of total snow accumulation. Because of the high winds and potential blizzard conditions, here is what you can expect from our team:

🛡️ SAFETY FIRST: For the safety of our operators, we may delay dispatching cleanup crews until visibility improves and blizzard conditions lighten. Operating heavy machinery in whiteout conditions is a major risk, and we’ll be hitting the roads as soon as it’s safe to do so.

🔄 MULTIPLE VISITS: With 14" of snow on the radar, most properties will require two or more visits to stay ahead of the volume and drifting. We’re working in phases to keep your property manageable!

⏳ STAY PATIENT: Please anticipate extended timelines for clearing. Our team is staged, ready, and committed to getting the job done right.

❄️ WINTER STORM UPDATE: Our Plan to Keep You Clear! ❄️

As we prepare for the major storm hitting Connecticut this Sunday, Jan 25, the team at Ajnlandscape & Snow LLC is gearing up for what could be 12–18+ inches of snow. This looks to be one of the most significant storms in years, and we want you to know exactly how we’ll be handling it!

🚛 OUR TWO-PHASE SERVICE PLAN:
To keep up with the heavy snowfall, we will be making multiple visits to your property:

1️⃣ THE ACCESS VISIT: This is an initial pass while the snow is still falling. Please note: This is NOT a full cleaning. Its only goal is to ensure you have a path to leave or return if necessary.
2️⃣ THE FINAL CLEANUP: Once the storm has fully tapered off (likely Monday), we will return for a thorough, detailed cleaning of your entire property.

🙏 A REQUEST FOR PATIENCE:
Given the historic nature of this storm and the near-whiteout conditions, cleanups will take much longer than usual. Our crews will be working around the clock, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work to reach everyone safely.

📢 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

🏠 Clear Your Driveway: Please remove any fragile items (solar lights, planters, ornaments) from the edge of your driveway so they don't get buried or damaged!

🚫 Parking Bans: Be sure to move all vehicles off the streets!
Bristol: Formal ban from 7 AM Sunday to 12 PM Tuesday.
Burlington, Harwinton, Canton, & Avon: Keep all vehicles off public roads and turnarounds.

⚠️ Travel Ban: If a statewide travel ban is issued, our operations may be temporarily delayed until trucks are legally allowed back on the road.

Below are photos from our most recent undertaking. To facilitate rainwater discharge monitoring, one of our commercial clients contracted us to clear a path through the woods, ensuring year-round access to both outfalls. Roughly 35 yards of materials were used to construct a safe and easily navigable path. We are scheduled to return and install w**d preventative fabric and gravel, guaranteeing a long-lasting, low-maintenance solution.
