Progress from every angle!

This epic build continues to evolve, and the next pieces are underway; the batting cage/barn and pool house. This aerial view gives a perfect look at the scale of the build, the coordination happening on site, and the craftsmanship that continues into each phase!

Still in the middle of construction, but the vision is already clear.

Not the final reveal; the middle chapter.

The site is still raw, the yard is still active, and the details are still developing. But the vision is starting to show: warm cedar, long sleek rooflines, oversized glazing, and solar panels settling into the landscape..

This is the part of the process where the design, craft, and site all start speaking the same language.

This project is a perfect example of what discipline in high-performance looks like....

Before the finished floors, tile, cabinetry, windows, there were months and months of careful prep, critical panelized systems, foundation detailing, sub-slab insulation, v***r control, airtight detailing, roof assemblies, and countless small decisions that all add up.

Still a few finishing touches to go, but the landscape is beginning to do its job! Softening the site, framing the architecture, and connecting the home back to the hillside.

From the aerial views to the interior window moments, this one is starting to settle beautifully into place.
