Rebuilt from the Ground Up.
 We’re grateful to be beginning another incredible transformation in Somerville and even more grateful for the continued trust of our clients and professional partners who invite us into projects like this…. 
This home will undergo a complete interior gut renovation, basement underpinning for increased headroom, major structural upgrades, new windows and openings, redesigned exterior spaces, and entirely new building systems.

Ah yes, where the architecture really starts to come alive!

Walls are going up, rooflines are taking shape, and the scale of the home is becoming clear. There’s something special about seeing a project at this point….when you can still see the structure, craftsmanship, and coordination.

A home designed to perform as beautifully as it lives….

This Berkshire stunner was built around Passive House principles, with a focus on comfort, durability, efficiency and thoughtful ex*****on from start to finish.

The final numbers speak for themselves:

-28 HERS rating
0.8 blower-door test

But the best part is hearing directly from the people who live there. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our clients placed in our team and proud of what we were able to build together.

Mid Century Modern, thoughtfully renewed. 
This project was all about respecting the character of the original home while bringing its spaces forward for modern living.
Warm wood ceilings, exposed beams, expansive windows, and the strong connection to the surrounding landscape remain at the heart of the design.
 The result is a home that feels refreshed, functional, and distinctly its own.

Framing and steel are going up and you can start to feel the scale of this build.
