Sowers Paint Company is looking for an experienced construction professional to step into a Senior Field & Estimating Coordinator role.
This is an opportunity to put the knowledge you’ve built over your career to work—without spending every day doing heavy physical labor.
-Estimating painting, repair & remodeling projects
-Developing scopes of work and planning projects
-Visiting jobsites & solving problems
-Helping crews get started and stay on track
-Quality control & final walkthroughs
-Mentoring and guiding field employees
-Helping identify problems before they become expensive problems
Part Time or Full Time Opportunity
Based in Burlington / Alamance County
We’re looking for someone with strong residential construction or painting experience, good judgment, and dependability.
Maybe you've been a contractor.
Maybe you've run painting or remodeling crews.
Maybe you've been a superintendent or project manager.
Maybe you've spent decades working on houses and know construction inside and out.
Maybe you're the person everyone calls when they can't figure out how to solve a problem.
