Jay of All Trades was established because the owner, Jay Tainter, saw that there were urgent needs not being met. Larger contractors seem to ignore the smaller, or what they deem insignificant to them, projects that are under a certain budget. Father's day gift idea. Forget the stud finder that requires a battery. This finds the nail or screws in the stud. It uses strong magnets to find an stick to the wall so you can nail base or identify studs location. I just had call to repair a wall that a stair rail was screwed into the sewer stack using a stud finder, tricked into thinking it was a stud.
