We turned this screened in porch into a living space that can be used year round. This customer had us install the Kerdi heated floor. The wifi thermostats are so nice. It can be turned on from your phone, set on a schedule, and will let you know when it reaches the desired temperature. Tile floors can get really cold in the Winter, this will help prevent that.

They also had us remodel their kitchen. We took out a peninsula cabinet that was only accessible from one side, but was 42" deep. We had a custom built peninsula installed that is functional on both sides. They added a wine cooler and beverage cooler, and still had plenty of storage in the back. We also had new tops installed. (Thanks to Darryl Silvers for building and installing the cabinet.)

This customer wanted a bathroom put in their basement if possible. There wasn't a lot of room but we made it happen. We cut and busted through two 4" layers of concrete (first time I have ever saw two layers in a basement) in order to get the sewer line ran. It all worked out and turned out nice.

You may remember from a couple weeks ago that we had to repair damage on ahouse that a truck had ran into.
We were able to finish it up yesterday. Everything turned out good and the homeowners are very happy.
I just want to say thank you to our employees for working long hours to finish this one fast.

I haven't shared any before and after pictures from this bathroom we renovated on Mtn Air. We also converted a step down mud room into more master closet space.
We took a patio area and made it into a new mud room. We took an open area off the garage and closed it in for a golf cart garage.
The Schluter products in this bathroom, really optimize the space. It also allows us to use very large format tile. The linear drain, and the heated floor make a bathroom so much nicer.

We got all the slab roughs done last week and got it poured. We need to cleanup, finish grading and it will be ready for the timber frame to be installed. Can't wait to see that get started!
