I don't understand what's going on in this country. I called credit union to see what I need to put in to make my van payment she took several times to figure what I was asking. Its a pretty straight forward question a 5 year old can understand not sure why an experienced teller can't understand.

This setting at stop signs for a minute or 2 then cutting infront of cars totally cutting them off and very close to an accident is just uncalled for. I saw this commercial work van at sign for some time then he did not look up from texting and when I came up on him he still did not look and simply pulled out in front of me. They need way better training.
