Requirements:
• Clean driving record
• Ready Mix or other driving experience utilizing a Class A or B license
• Must have a current CDL
• Previous experience with physical labor similar to what a ready mix driver experiences
• Pass:
o A pre-employment/DOT drug screen
o Random drug screens
o DOT Physical
Accept that there are:
• Varied starting times Monday through Friday
• May have to work some Saturdays
• Must be able to work 10-12 hour
• Positive attitude, team player that focuses on safety
Physical Requirements:
• Climb a ladder
• Carry a chute weighing approximately 60 pounds
• Occasionally lift 60 pounds

Dredge Operator and Loader Operator/Screening Plant Operator positions available.

Loader/Screening Plant Operator:
This position operates loaders equipped with front-mount hydraulically powered bucket or scoop which is used to transport aggregate or other materials into dump trucks, belly dumps, truck and pups, etc. Also responsible for stockpiling.

Work is performed in an outdoor setting. Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Must be dependable and safety conscious.
Must be able to work 10 – 12 hour days including some weekends.
