We are in need of an experienced carpenter. Framing and layout experience is required. Five years or more in the trade with references are necessary.

MUST be able to work alone with little to no direction as well as with a crew smoothly. We work daily with both our in-house crew and amongst subcontractors. People skills are important.

Time for another introduction!

Today we are meeting Kali Bare and her family!

Kali is our office manager,the main point of contact for both email and incoming calls, and She’s what keeps the magic flowing and the schedule set.

She is a twin, has both an Associate of Arts and Associates of Science in Business Admin, on her way to BA, and she holds a Florida Real Estate license as well.

Her Husband, Dakota, is a high performance mechanic by trade after graduating from University of Northwestern Ohio. He keeps the vehicles and equipment well oiled and stays on top of the maintenance.

Finally, one of the sweetest little Office mascots, Renna Jo! At just 9 months old, she makes sure everyone is on their toes and always smiling 😀

It’s about time for some introductions, so let’s start with the owners!

Meet Skip and Sanci Skipper!

Skip is a long time resident of Sumter County that started in the construction industry as a traveling sheet metal worker 35 years ago! Within those years, he gained tons of experience and continues to learn! In 2006, he decided it was time for him to earn his Florida General Contractor license, roofing license, a Multi-State NASCLA qualifier, as well as Florida Real Estate license. He specializes in anything from minor improvements to complete sites.

Sanci was raised on a cattle farm south of Tampa and graduated from USF IN ‘95 with a BA in Psychology followed by her masters in Education Administration in 2008. She has worked in the local school system for 25 years during the week and on the weekends she is Skip’s right hand lady! From being a traditional wife to running a jobsite and crew, she truly can do it all!

Together these two love working in the community and provide guidance at any opportunity they get. Whether you’re working along side of them or you hire them, you can count on them to feel like family and treat your home as their own.
