We are a NYSERDA Clean Heat contractor! Here is an example of one of our Clean Heat installations, converting from an oil furnace to all electric Carrier ductless equipment.

Just a few shots from one of our larger construction projects from last year. This is a freshly installed water source heat pump system with 11 units, the water loop is tempered seasonally by utilizing a heat exchanger coupled to the old 2 pipe boiler/chiller system vintage to the building. Also part of this project was an electric fired boiler snowmelt system with in slab radiant to serve the main entrance of the building. An excellent retrofit with future system growth & integration kept in mind!
