Heavy rains can quickly reveal where drainage matters most.

For this Hackettstown home, we installed a 4-inch underground drain line that connects three downspouts and two surface grates, all routed to a pop-up emitter in the front lawn. We added a clean-out for easy maintenance and placed a surface grate where the driveway meets the house to collect runoff. On the right side, we tied two porch downspouts into a single above-ground line, moving water safely past the landscaping.

The new system helps keep water away from the foundation and preserves the yard’s appearance. Smart drainage planning goes a long way in protecting what matters. 🌱
