Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery, including construction and diesel equipment. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Inspect and diagnose issues with heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.)
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems efficiently
* Maintain accurate service and repair records
* Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulations
* Respond to breakdowns in the field as needed

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
* Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
* Own tools required
* Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
