ISO painting company to bid appx. 80k ft² paint job in Mt View area. This will include appx. 5,500 ft² popcorn texture removal and skim coat for new texture. Looking to start the project in the next 4/5 weeks. This is an indoor job with residents so spraying is not an option. I will provide all necessary materials. I need a bid per ft² for ceilings and walls labor only. This job will require a crew so if you don't have one please don't waste our time. Must be insured with references. Picture for attention:

ISO construction help. I'm looking to add another guy to my team. We do everything from roofing to foundation work. Please don't respond if you have mobility problems, an active addiction problem, attitude problems, attendance problems, can't follow or has trouble following directions, lack of motivation or can't read a tape measure accurately in an expedited manner. Must have your own transportation and basic hand tools. I will perform a background check. A conviction will not disqualify you necessarily but I have to know what kind of person I'm taking into my clients houses. Reputation and trust is everything in this business. Pay depends on experience. You will be hired as a 1099 subcontractor and therefore required to carry basic liability insurance. Work is anywhere from Houston to West Plains.

Someone took the check and cut out early when this shower was originally installed. Most would say the whole thing needs replaced but I know different 😉
