Earthbound Forestry Services Earthbound Forest Services specializes in live animal power, low impact timber extraction, accurate falling of timber and above all good land management.

Earthbound Forestry Services focuses on low volume, high frequency harvest within the parameters of a silvicultural management plan. We focus on putting the ecological integrity of the forest first by using Horses special Draft capability within a harvest. The goal is to work with landowners so that they can understand how harvests provide long-term health and strength of the forests economic engine within a healthy and strong ecosystem.

Me and Ted have a new group of folks who are big fans of the good work we are doing in the woods. Today I got the welcome box to Walden Mutual Bank. I was quite tickled to get a new hat. Which makes this the second hat post in two days.

Walden jumped right on my interest to pursue funding with the forwarder project. They were excited about what I was doing and helping to make this path possible.

It has become a common first rule of mine. Work/live with people that see and value what I’m doing and share space with me in a way that makes everyone feel valuable.

I know. You have Probably never thought about a bank being capable of achieving such a high level of standard. Me neither, until I met the team at Walden.

Looking forward to building this partnership. It feels like the horizon is closer everyday.
