Rustic cedar homes have a character all their own, and bringing them back to life is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

Every restoration starts with a thorough pressure washing, followed by carefully matching the existing stain. From there, the transformation begins. There’s nothing more rewarding than stepping back and seeing weathered, aged cedar restored to its natural beauty.

For this project, we used the same high-penetrating stain color to create a more uniform, refreshed appearance while preserving the rustic charm of the home.

These photos show the entire journey—from the before, to the process, and finally the finished result. Restoring old wood instead of replacing it is something we truly enjoy, and we’re proud to help these beautiful homes look their best again.

We LOVE exteriors at BBM Painting. What a transformation on this house it truly brought out the beauty of the rock and landscaping around this beautiful home. This Memorial Day, one Marine we will be remembering is our brother, Richard Allen Bredensteiner.

Richard was strong, brave, and proud to serve his country as a United States Marine, but beyond that, he was deeply loved by so many. He was someone who left an impact on the people around him through his strength, heart, and the bond he shared with family and friends.

Today, we honor not only his service, but the man he was and the memories he left behind. He will forever be missed, forever loved, and forever remembered.
