Meeting with an insurance adjuster this morning. Dealing with your insurance for the first time (or every time) can be a daunting task. You don't have to go alone and figure it out. I did a pre inspection of this roof and was there for the adjuster inspection to make sure the adjuster accounted for everything. Sold new seamless gutters for this home. They have french drains and the leaves were causing problems so we are adding Gutter RX gutter protection. There was also a low spot in the front that we may not be able to change, but we can reposition the downspouts to divert water from that spot.

Ours prayers are with everyone impacted by the storms that came through last night. We are here to help. This can be an extremely difficult time and we want to be there for our community. I also want to stress there will likely be roofers in the area who chase storms for a living. The downside of those companies is that if you do have issues with your roof months down the road it will be difficult for them to help you if they are no longer in the area.
