Folks cold weather is coming. Get prepared. Water can't drip it's gotta have a stream to it, a drip will freeze! Open cabinet doors for fixtures on outside walls of your house. Unhook garden hoses and cover hose bibbs. If you do freeze up it will take heat to thaw out. After it thaws and if it busted give me a call. Stay warm and safe . Have a great day!

We are going to be entering a period of extreme cold weather this week. Frozen pipes will not only leave you without working plumbing, but can cost thousands in damage.
Reminder:
1. Remove all hoses from outside hydrants and Install foam covers.
2. Open cabinet doors under sinks and lavatories to allow warm air to circulate, especially on pipes in exterior walls.
3. Turn your heat up a few degrees.
4. Turn on a very small stream of water at all indoor faucets. Both hot and cold, stream should be the size of a pencil lead.
5. Close all vents on foundation, and
Make sure all crawl space holes are covered.

Remember, turning up the heat and leaving water dripping is cheaper than busted pipe repair!
