This customer had an existing 8x8 roll-up door that they wanted to replace with a 10x10 double-steel insulated sectional garage door.

This wasn’t a simple swap — we had to weld and reframe the entire opening to accommodate the larger door and make sure everything was built properly for the new setup.

From modifying the opening to installing the finished door, we handled the whole job from start to finish.

Summer is hot… and your garage is probably even hotter.

Today we added insulation to an existing garage door to help reduce heat transfer and make the garage more comfortable. We use polystyrene insulation with a durable vinyl backer, providing an R-value of 6.85 while giving the inside of the door a clean, finished look.

If your garage door is uninsulated, adding insulation can be a great way to improve the comfort of your garage without replacing the entire door.

These old garage doors had definitely seen better days. We replaced both with new white raised-panel doors, giving this garage a much cleaner, updated look that completely freshens up the front of the home.
