It has been 3 years since this project was completed!

Even though it looks like a beautiful path, hardscaping and flowerbed, this started as a drainage project. The homeowner reported that the drainage still works flawlessly and there has been no washout, erosion or any signs of degradation.

This is why we build it right the first time!

Today we’re excited to introduce the Top Notch Landscapes Community Service Project.

For the past 10 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving homeowners throughout Hunt and Rockwall counties. Along the way, we’ve met people whose yards have become overwhelming—not because they don’t care, but because life has changed.

An elderly widow who can no longer push a mower.

A disabled veteran who isn’t physically able to maintain their property.

A senior citizen living on a fixed income who has to choose between groceries and hiring a landscaper.

A first responder facing unexpected hardship.

We believe no one should lose pride in their home simply because they no longer have the ability or resources to care for it.

That’s why we’re launching the Top Notch Landscapes Community Service Project.

Our goal is simple:

Find deserving members of our community and restore their properties at no cost to them.

Right now, we’re looking for nominations.

If you know someone whose property has become neglected due to age, disability, financial hardship, or other life circumstances, we’d love to hear their story.

📍 Who we’re hoping to help:
• Elderly homeowners
• Widows and widowers
• Veterans and their families
• First responders
• Individuals with disabilities
• Others facing genuine hardship
