Labor has become a structural business challenge for greenhouse and nursery growers — not just a seasonal headache. Our Co-CEO Justin Bartlett spoke with Greenhouse Grower about why there's real reason for optimism right now.

The Securing Agriculture's Workforce Act (introduced by House Agriculture Committee Chairman G.T. Thompson) would eliminate the seasonal work requirement for H-2A, opening the door to year-round employment, and would help stabilize the wages growers pay. H-2A visa issuance has nearly tripled nationally since 2015, and about half of greenhouse operations already rely on the program — with more growers making the switch as the outlook improves.

💰 $50,000/year, paid weekly
🌴 10 days paid vacation (+1 earned each year)

What we're looking for:
✅ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
✅ AP or general accounting experience preferred
