📱 Just want to let everyone know that I'm trying to keep up on messages in between permits/invoices and such but if I haven't responded within a few days feel free to message again just to make sure it doesn't get buried. Unfortunately for some of you I just do not have an answer at the moment. Frank is not available by phone at this time.
🗓️ We are working solely on Lake Cadillac and Mitchell, but just a reminder we do not schedule specific days and times. We do this to avoid repetitive rescheduling and jumping around. I think about half of our customers have scheduled boats for the first 2 weeks we've been able to be in the water which has caused a ton of jumping around and repetitive rescheduling when I do try to give someone an idea of when we will be there. You have to schedule your boats as well so I know it's not a perfect situation but we just do our best to make it work. I know it's a weird season with the flooding and now it's beautful summer weather, but just a reminder that we usually have 6-8 weeks to get these docks and hoists in before Memorial Day weekend, and we've only been able to safely be in the water for 2 weeks today.
🌊 On top of that, the flooding has caused a lot of damage. At this time when the crew comes across damaged hoists etc it will have to wait until all of our installs are complete before we come back around for repairs.
💰 We also still have many unpaid invoices from last year. Spam filters are grabbing a lot of the text links lately and then my texts after that get hidden with them. If I usually text your invoice, please send me an email address where I can send it instead. I will catch up on install invoices over the next few weeks, but I'm totally fine with you texting me if you know you haven't received one and I'll get it to you ASAP.
🚤 We have 2 runaway dock sections that we are working on picking up by boat, and 1 section that someone picked up from the drainage ditch by Peninsula Drive. I am unsure at this time of the customer had someone else grab that section or if someone just picked it up, but if someone grabbed it please let me know so we can make sure it gets returned to it's owner. If anyone else is missing anything check the posts that I've shared previously and let me know!
