It was a rewarding experience and we can now truly empathize with the emotional investment homeowners make. Shortly thereafter we started working towards our dream of starting our own construction company. Waltman Homes was then founded in early 2015. We wanted to take our experience in the construction industry and translate that into a new, fresh, custom homebuilder that could meet the needs of

today’s informed homeowners. We utilize our long-standing subcontractor relationships to deliver quality homes built specifically for you. Natalie brings her experience from the commercial estimating world to handle the preconstruction portion for each project including estimating, design and bidding. Brandon utilizes his extensive time in residential construction management to specialize on the construction portion of the projects including subcontractor relationships, quality control, scheduling and warranty. Together we bring strengths in all areas of construction to our business which facilitates a successful build project. We are excited to build our experience into your home.
