When sending in annual water samples to Central Boiler for testing (**required for the new Classic Edge model boilers) please know that unfortunately there have been some problems with the samples customers send actually being received by the water testing department out at the Central Boiler facility in MN due to shipping errors!

It is recommended to send correctly labeled and packaged water samples using Certified Mail Return Receipt if sent via the United States Postal System (USPS) or ship via UPS which provides a tracking number to allow you to see confirmation of the package arriving/being received.

For those of you with the newer Classic Edge model boilers, annual samples sent to and verified by Central Boiler are critical to maintaining the manufacturer's warranty and we want to try and help you make sure a shipping error doesn't disrupt that process!

Just a heads up that the new Edge model outdoor wood boilers are in high demand and production is back logged (approx. 2-3 months) So if you are interested or considering a purchase please plan ahead and don't wait until fall only to find out you may be unable to get one for a few months yet a that point in time also
