We are looking for tractor, skid steer, salt truck and plow truck operators. Must have a clean driving record and be available on call- between the hours of 12am-7am.
Experience is a preferred but we are willing to train if you are willing to learn!

Bykerk Landscape Management is in need of hard working, reliable individuals to shovel snow this winter. Apply yourself- or team up with a friend and earn some extra money! We supply all the equipment and tools to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Must have a means of transportation to get to and from the job sites. Hours are generally in the 12a-7a time frame. We keep the workload to about 3-5 hours per snow event. Pay is $30-33/hour.

Pay range $19-$24/hr

Bykerk Landscape Management is looking for a few qualified individuals who are hard working. We have been in the landscape and lawn care industry for over 45 years and in need of some good help. We are looking for additional crew members and experienced crew leaders. We specialize in mostly landscape maintenance (mowing, pruning, bark, spring/fall cleanups, fertilizer, w**d control, bed maintenance, etc.), light landscaping and snow removal. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and do not mind working long hours.

Experience on professional equipment (Zero Turn, Tracer, Grandstand, w**d whip, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, Zspray, etc.) is preferred (but we can train), as well as the knowledge of the Grand Rapids area, a clean driving record, chauffeurs license , ability to drive a truck with a trailer, and common sense. A working cell phone and reliable transportation are required. A pesticide applicators license is a huge plus.

Benefits include: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid time off, Simple IRA (100% match), uniform service, performance bonuses, attendance bonuses.

Job duties can include but not limited to: Mowing, trimming, edging, shrub pruning, spring/fall cleanup, bark mulch installation, bed maintenance, fertilization, landscaping, retaining walls, patios, planting, tree pruning, debris clean up, truck/equipment washing, snow plowing, snow shoveling, salting, etc.

This Thanksgiving we have a lot to be thankful for. The past couple years have been a struggle across the world and nation. We have been fortunate enough to continue weathering the storm. The Lord has blessed us with plenty of work and a crew that always finds a way to get the job done. That crew we have is a huge piece of keeping us moving every day. So THANK YOU to our employees. This fall has been terrible weather wise during our busiest time, but they continue to push through and adjust daily to the weather. So Happy Thanksgiving to our crew ( AJ, Scott, Stephen, Garrett, Ryan, Ethan, Ethan, Marlon, Alex, Alex, Damon, Zach, Gavin, Denny, and Kim) and customers! Enjoy a day filled with family, food, love, and laughs! We appreciate all of you!
